These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in the LA Collective member club (“LA Collective”) offered by Legacy Artisan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up for the LA Collective, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Membership Eligibility
Membership in LA Collective is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have provided valid contact information. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
- Registration
To register for the LA Collective, you must complete the sign-up form accurately and provide all required information. Any incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the refusal or termination of your membership.
- Membership Benefits
As a member of LA Collective, you will have access to exclusive events, including but not limited to:
Art x Timepiece Exhibitions
Watch Lovers Gatherings
Timepiece Workshops
Private Events and Launches
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel any of these benefits at our sole discretion without prior notice.
- Event Invitations
Members may receive invitations to exclusive events hosted at our showroom located at:
Suite 801B, K11 Atelier Victoria Dockside,
18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui,
Hong Kong.
Invitations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Event access may be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Membership Fees
Currently, membership in LA Collective is free. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees or alter the fee structure in the future. Any changes regarding membership fees will be communicated to members via email, and you will have the option to continue or cancel your membership.
- Code of Conduct
As a member of the LA Collective, you agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all events or gatherings. We reserve the right to revoke membership for any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
Disruptive conduct at events
Abusive or offensive language
Harassment of other members or staff
- Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By signing up for LA Collective, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used to manage your membership and provide you with relevant communications regarding LA Collective events and offers.
- Limitation of Liability
Legacy Artisan will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from your participation in LA Collective, including but not limited to damages arising from:
Event cancellations or changes
Loss or theft of personal property during events
Any personal injury sustained at an event
- Termination of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@legacyartisan.com. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason without prior notice.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in LA Collective after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- 活動邀請
會員可能會收到邀請，參加於我們展廳舉辦的專屬活動，展廳地址為：

邀請不可轉讓，除非另有說明。活動名額有限，先到先得。
- 會員費用
目前，LA Collective的會員資格免費。然而，我們保留未來引入會費或更改收費結構的權利。任何有關會員費用的變更將通過電郵通知會員，您將可選擇繼續或取消會員資格。
- 行為準則
作為LA Collective的會員，您同意在所有活動或聚會中表現得體並保持專業。我們保留因任何不當行為撤銷會員資格的權利，包括但不限於：
在活動中有破壞性行為
使用侮辱性或攻擊性語言
騷擾其他會員或工作人員
- 隱私
我們致力於保護您的隱私。通過註冊LA Collective，您同意按照我們的隱私政策收集、使用和披露您的個人信息。您的信息將用於管理您的會員資格，並向您提供有關LA Collective活動和優惠的相關通訊。
- 責任限制
Legacy Artisan對於您參與LA Collective所產生的任何直接或間接的損失概不負責，包括但不限於：
活動取消或變更
活動期間個人物品的丟失或被盜
在活動中造成的任何人身傷害
- 會員資格終止
您可以隨時通過聯繫我們的郵箱info@legacyartisan.com取消會員資格。如果您違反本條款或其他任何原因，我們保留自行決定終止或凍結您的會員資格的權利，恕不提前通知。
- 條款變更
我們保留隨時更新或修改本條款的權利，恕不提前通知。您在變更後繼續參與LA Collective即表示您接受更新後的條款。
- 法律適用
本條款及因其產生的任何爭議將根據香港法律進行解釋和管轄，無論其法律衝突原則如何。
