    I found Legacy Artisan’s service out of expectation. What struck me was the beautiful seaview and tasteful interior when I walked in their flagship shop at K11 Musea to place deposit. Their staff was super friendly and polite too, so the first impression was positive. Few days later, I was told that the watch is ready to be picked up. I asked them to bring the watch and visit the Rolex Service Centre. They scheduled it right away and I was again impressed with their speedy arrangement and response. I thoroughly enjoyed this first purchase experience with LA and I’m already thinking to purchase with them again for a watch for my wife. Thank you again, keep up the good work!

    Their staff was very kind and has good manner. My friend & I were looking for 4 watches. They helped me and my friends found what we needed with a reasonable price. I have used other retailers before, but I am able to find the watches with Legacy Artisan very quickly and the price is competitive too. Very helpful. I also referred another friend to buy a watch for his mom. So please of course offer me a bigger discount in the future!
